The Training Career Fair of Montreal is an annual event presented with a high-quality public-show approach that brings together a wide range of organizations from various fields. The Fair is being presented along with the Education Fair of Montreal for a 13th consecutive year. Those two events comprise the largest annual gathering dedicated to employment, education, training and career in Canada.

The Training Career Fair is specifically dedicated to job seekers, adults on the labour market ready for a career change or wishing to increase their competencies, and college and university students. It gathers together employers, educational facilities and resources on labour market, career development and employment.
